I connect campaign performance to what matters for the business: growth, ROAS, measurable impact, and smarter investment decisions. I’m skilled in translating performance data into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders: what the results mean, how they support business priorities, and where to invest next. I specialize in B2B and healthcare.

5 Case Studies
From Fragmented Campaigns to a $1M+ Investment Opportunity
As lead channel manager, helped unify a multi-location healthcare organization’s paid search approach and build the case for incremental investment.
Explore Case Study ↗
The Challenge
Paid search was fragmented across healthcare locations and service lines, limiting consistency and opportunities for strategic investment.
My Role
Served as lead channel manager, contributing to the development and advancement of a unified search approach. Used performance insights and business priorities to support investment recommendations.
The Strategic Approach
Connected service-line priorities, location-level needs, search performance, and investment opportunities into a more cohesive, always-on model.
The Impact
More than $1M in additional media investment was secured, supporting a more scalable search strategy across regions and service lines. This is increased marketing investment, not campaign-generated revenue, and reflects a collaborative initiative.
What It Demonstrates
Strategic planning, investment stewardship, and the ability to translate performance data into business-aligned recommendations.
Leveraging AI to Rethink Launch Preparation
Independently built a team-adopted custom GPT workflow that turns briefs into structured launch documentation—reducing estimated preparation from five hours to one.
Explore Case Study ↗
The Challenge
Search launch documents required time-intensive, repetitive preparation and consistent quality checks.
My Role
Identified the opportunity, independently designed and built the custom GPT workflow, and introduced it to teammates.
The Strategic Approach
Created a human-guided workflow that structures campaign objectives and source information into ad groups, keywords, ad copy, assets, geographic targeting, and quality checks.
The Impact
Estimated preparation time decreased from approximately five hours to one hour per launch. Teammates adopted the workflow, supporting more standardized preparation. The time reduction is my estimate, not a formally audited or company-wide metric.
What It Demonstrates
Initiative, practical AI implementation, operational efficiency, and the ability to build tools that help teams work better.
Bringing Cybersecurity Brands to Market Across Regions
Supported global launch strategy and paid activation, while securing a strategic growth-program opportunity for the agency.
Explore Case Study ↗
The Challenge
New cybersecurity brand identities required coordinated paid media activation across markets, platforms, and regional teams.
My Role
As Media Manager, contributed to paid media strategy and personally built, launched, managed, and optimized Google Search, LinkedIn, and YouTube campaigns.
The Strategic Approach
Translated global go-to-market priorities into channel activation in collaboration with internal teams and client regional stakeholders. Separately spearheaded the effort to secure agency admission to Google’s invite-only international growth program, drawing on the scale and international scope of the campaigns.
The Impact
Supported the coordinated introduction of B2B cybersecurity brands across regions. The agency was accepted into the Google program.
What It Demonstrates
Global B2B experience, integrated campaign planning, regional collaboration, and initiative that creates value beyond day-to-day execution.
Scaling Maternity Investment Around a Critical Business Need
Played a key role in the paid media component of a broader maternity growth initiative addressing projected delivery-volume challenges.
Explore Case Study ↗
The Challenge
A healthcare organization needed to strengthen maternity patient acquisition and address a projected decline in deliveries.
My Role
Supported the paid media investment and strategy component of the broader growth initiative.
The Strategic Approach
Aligned search marketing investment with service-line priorities, patient demand, and growth objectives.
The Impact
Annual Google investment scaled from approximately $300K to $800K. The broader initiative sought to recover projected lost deliveries and protect hospital revenue; additional media investment alone is not presented as the cause of recovered deliveries.
What It Demonstrates
Commercial awareness, business-aligned media strategy, investment planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Building Better Marketing Workflows With Monday.com
A Monday.com power user with a track record of improving project and data management in complex marketing operations.
Explore Case Study ↗
The Challenge
Complex marketing operations need clear workflows, organized project data, and systems that teams can use consistently.
My Role
As a Monday.com power user, bring hands-on systems knowledge to marketing workflow improvement. Earlier in my career, initiated, researched, and executed a team project and data management software transition in a role supporting six agency partners and approximately 200 campaigns monthly.
The Strategic Approach
Connect process design with how teams actually work. My experience includes identifying operational friction, evaluating an alternative system, and implementing a more organized workflow; Monday.com is a current area of hands-on expertise.
The Impact
Established a new project and data management approach intended to improve efficiency and organization. No quantified time savings have been established.
What It Demonstrates
Operational initiative, change implementation, and an early track record of improving the systems behind campaign work.
